Hence, we host regular educational workshops through a Cancer Care Ministry training program. These sessions are offered at local churches or community venues and cover a variety of topics, including nutrition, compassionate coping strategies, and carring for the caregiver.
Strengthened by Action: We believe that taking proactive steps can significantly improve the quality of life for those affected by cancer. Our programs are designed to help individuals regain control and find purpose during challenging times.

Touching HANDS offers a range of free services tailored to meet the needs of cancer patients and their families. Our collaboration with Summit Cancer Centers in Springfield, Pembroke, and Statesboro has been instrumental in extending our reach and impact. Here’s how we can help:

Mind/Body Programs

We recognize the importance of mental and emotional well-being in the cancer journey. Our mind/body programs include stress management sessions, exercise activities, and relaxation techniques designed to improve overall wellness. These activities encourage participants to reconnect with their bodies and foster a sense of peace. We've partnered with the YMCA's LIVESTRONG program in Rincon, GA to provide wellness services. Special Gifts and Resources
